Costs and Payments

Summit Delegate Fee

The Full Summit fee is £170 including VAT. This includes 1½ days on the 22nd and 23rd October 2009.

For anyone unable to attend the first day, we are able to offer a reduced Summit fee of £95 including VAT for attendance on 23 October only.

Attending the first day of the Summit plus dinner is available for £75 including VAT.

Exhibitors Fee

For organisations wishing to take up the special exhibition opportunity we are pleased to offer the following:

Exhibitor fee (excludes any additional requirements for facilities such as internet connectivity)

50% off Exhibitor fee for community and voluntary sector groups.

The Exhibitors fee includes a space only standard package of: 1 no. power supply, 1 no. 4’ x 2’ folding table and 2 no. chairs.

Exhibitors can opt for a shell scheme package at additional cost £13.50 (+ VAT) per square metre. The complete shell scheme package comprises of 1 no. power supply, 1 no. track of 3 spotlights, 1 no. 4’ x 2’ folding table, and 2 no. chairs. The panels are made of a grey Velcro compatible material. The shell scheme will need to be booked a month in advance i.e. by 24 September.

Wireless access is available throughout the building - delegates and exhibitors can purchase a pass (£5 for duration of event)

Additional equipment - TVs, DVDs etc can be hired from the venue at a cost.

Payment methods

In all cases a VAT invoice will be sent to the address you provide.

Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer, credit or debit card in advance of the Summit. Please note that an additional service charge of 3.5% will be added to your invoice total if you intend to make payment by credit or debit card over the telephone. This charge is not applied when payments are made through the website.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you need to cancel your place, the organisers, Glasgows, must be informed in writing (email acceptable). A full refund will be given where a cancellation is made on or before 5 October 2009. After this time a refund will not be offered and you will be liable for full payment. Named substitute delegates may be accepted subject to approval. Full contact details of substitute delegates should be submitted to Glasgows at the time of cancellation.

Exhibitors will not be eligible for refunds at any time. Substitutions of registered representatives can be made and their full contact details should be submitted to Glasgows ahead of the Summit.
